Nuclear Power Uprates

The process of increasing the maximum power level at which a commercial nuclear power plant may operate is called a power uprate. Power uprates at nuclear plants are very common and require additional capital investment.

More than 5,800 MW of power uprates have been approved by the NRC since 1977. That is the equivalent of adding another five to six nuclear reactors.

...can anybody envision what will pick up the "slack" of lack of nuclear power plants in the USA ...?

OF COURSE, WE HAVE WHAT WILL PICK UP THE SLACK FOR GENERATION OF ELECTRICITY: "...THE IGNORED OR EVEN FORGOTTEN OR COMPLETELY UN-KNOWN, NEWTONIAN VERTICAL TUNNELS INTO THE EARTH, OF WEIGHT GEARED GENERATORS, ELECTRIC GENERATION PLANTS...!
TO THE CONTRARY OF THE "EYE SORE OF WIND GENERATORS "SLOW RPM" PROPELLER FARMS", OR THE "EYE SORE" OF SOLAR PANELS...!

...BUT ALWAYS THE "BUT"...!, will they have time to do all this before cities have supply problems...?
...to mention one dire problem: California has around the population of Canada, that is 30million, already and soon in dire electricity needs...!

...to mention one bigger problem with "nuclear energy" we have this crazy add of NEI.org: "nuclear 'clean' air energy"...!
DEFINITELY THEY ARE OUT OF THEIR MINDS, MORE THAN MERELY EVIL...!

DOES ANYBODY KNOW how to cripple USA or put them out half out of history...? A NUCLEAR MELT-DOWN IN CALIFORNIA OR NEW YORK OR THE EAST COAST...!

ANYWAY FOLKS: we are in 'safe hands', and technological "nuts" govern us...!
The World governments are leading us all surely down the path of World depletion of resources, over-population, "STARVATION", and the false economy based on resources and World markets...!

What is worse, is that, when they determine that organic jet fuel, was not the thing to do, it will be most likely "too late"...!
