...in Space you have to be intravenously feed with various NASA, gourmets...! Unless you used a centrifuge from feeding to pooing, which is a few hours!
Sleep in Space generally because of the "stress", is most likely assisted with sleeping pills, as it is done on Earth to so many millions that use sleeping pills!
WHY LIVE OFF SECRETS...! I PREFER THE ADULT TRUTH...! IT FINALLY HURTS LESS YOUR IDEALISTIC MADE MIND BY SOCIETY AND RELIGIONS...!
